The basis for the unique taste of our fresh cheeses is high-quality cow's milk, which we source exclusively from regional farmers. Our suppliers are located no more than 50 kilometers away from our site and do not use tethered cows to ensure animal welfare. This milk is delivered around the clock to our in-house dairy, where it is processed using an elaborate, traditional cloth pressing process. Here, our curdled milk matures and while the whey drips out of the cloths, the fresh cheese mass remains, which is then further processed by hand by our employees. This artisanal process gives our cream cheese its unmistakable, delicious creaminess and makes it a delight that you can taste immediately.
