On September 18 and 19, Petrella was represented at the apprenticeship fair in Hamelin’s Rattenfängerhalle. The event offered those seeking apprenticeships, as well as other interested individuals, the opportunity to learn about various career paths and apprenticeship programs at our company.

 

At the Petrella booth, our apprentices and trainers were available for one-on-one conversations and provided insights into daily work life as well as the diverse apprenticeship opportunities at our company, which was recognized last year by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) for its outstanding training quality. In addition to information on the individual career paths, visitors could ask questions about the application process, training content, and career prospects.

 

Many fair attendees took advantage of this direct interaction, leading to numerous interesting conversations. We were particularly pleased by the high level of interest in the training and career opportunities at Petri Feinkost.

 

The training fair thus provided a valuable platform for getting to know young people and giving them an authentic impression of our company. We would like to thank all visitors for their interest and look forward to seeing some of them again soon for a personal interview.
